We have never had any issues with the Pella location. The staff there is always so nice and accommodating. We can get in and out of there in less than 15 minutes.
Absolutely loved renting from these people. Very informative & made sure we rented what was best for whey we wanted to do. We will be using them again & passing on our great time!
When the pickup we had reserved wasn't returned to the Pella store the day before (as it was supposed to be), the manager did everything he could to make sure we were happy. He offered us any vehicle on the lot, then started calling other locations to get us a truck (as desired). Impressive customer service.
