A frustrating visit all throughout. We literally had someone walk out of the clinic and apologize to us for what had just happened; there was a total lack of communication.

The staff is always focused on serving the needs of the patients even in the little details making sure your experience is comfortable! My husband & I have been visiting this office for a few years now under the care of Dr. Nuemann & always appreciate her exceptional attention to detail but mostly her commitment to ensuring I have the best treatment - thorough explanations - and enjoy my appointment!
Our whole family has been going to Dr Allen since we moved here five years ago. We have always had great, friendly, gentle service. If you can love the ambiance at a dentist's office, we do! From the exposed brick to the tv's at each chair and just the general friendliness and knowledge of the hygienists and dentists. With three boys, we have had exposure to everyone there, for about every reason and have always had positive experiences! We started with Dr Allen and then transitioned to Dr Neumann when she joined the practice. I would highly recommend Dr Allen or Dr Neumann!
Highly recommend this practice!! Drs. Allen and Neumann are nothing short of fantastic! Our family of 5 has been seen here for 7 years. We've always been treated with the utmost respect. Dr. Neumann is always especially tender and compassionate yet professional with my young children. We all love her!!
They saw my daughter and had NO patience for her; it looked like the doctor was just having a bad day. She stopped several times during the procedure to tell us that she couldn't finish the job and that we had to go somewhere else. My daughter did not yell, cry or did anything out of the ordinary for a 7year old.
