Rented for over 10 years, have paid for system 10 times over, multiple phone call and letter to this company and they NEVER returned phone calls, raised rates several times, which I understand but when they won't return phone calls or letters that is poor customer service. Best day ever when that system left our house. A reputable company would have left the equipment due to the amount we have paid $50.00 over the course of 10 years, we attempted to purchase and they wanted 1000.00 still
