Salon, many colors and options! Randy fixed my nails that I got done somewhere else (my 6 year old could have done better than them). Randy did an EXCELLENT job, I love my nails! Will return to Pella Nail Salon EVERYTIME!
They were also incredibly rude to us. Acted like we were such an inconvenience. Caused another girl to bleed from rushing to trim her nails. Not worth it.
The worst. Nails (shellac) later less than a day before coming off beyond repair and had to be removed. Nails underneath were damaged horribly from it. Almost 2 weeks later and they are still recovering... $30 wasted on this.
Don't know how this place is in business. I took my 6 year old granddaughter in to get her nails painted for the father/ daughter dance. Walked in and was told they were to busy to do that. Yes they were busy but could have said gave a seat and we'll get to you as soon as possible, but to say that right in front of my granddaughter was just the rudest service I've ever seen in Pella... it was like we was bothering him, so don't worry we will take our business else where.....
Run run far away, this is by far the WORST nail salon on the planet! I have NEVER been treated so rudely. I have no idea how they are still in business!?! DO NOT GO!

Y'all don't even deserve any stars. I've never been treated so poorly.. you're supposed to be about "customer service" and y'all had NONE of that. By far the worst nail salon ever.
