I like Thiesens for livestock supplies. I have had a few bad oil changes there. One time they had my stick shift vehicle on the lift and didn't put it in gear or set the emergency brake. Another time they did a tire rotation on my truck and they forgot to tighten lugnuts on one of the tires on my truck. I drove about sixty miles and heard an issues going on. I pulled over and all of the lug nuts were just about ready to fall off.
Pella Theisens has everything I need at a good price. Staff is always very helpful and friendly
I was in the Pella store today returning a mower belt. I ask the cashier about the store Mobility if they sold belts, she got on her mic.and ask if anyone knew if the sold belts and the response she got was only if they like you. I called mobility and they said they sold them. Found out later it was an employee that I have been having trouble with about speeding past my house. Him and his dad both work there. I don't appreciate being lied to and will not shop there again. I have done a lot of business there in the past before I started having trouble with the father and son driving like they own the town of Harvey. Needless to say I will not do business with the Pella store again
