Scott was so helpful from beginning to having to cancel my trip!
I spoke to Scott at RedRock RV when I wanted to rent an RV for the 4th of July weekend with my family. I waited till the last minute (1 month ahead) and almost every RV within 300 miles was sold out but RedRock had one. I rented it but unfortunately never got to stay in it because we found a rental much closer to home and wanted to avoid the 3 hour trip each way.
do not rent from this guy he is a scam artist. I put a deposite on a trailer in February for the s3cond week in july. Things came up and we had to cancel in may the contract states if you cancel within 30 days of rental you get a full refund. Not only did we cancel but some of our freinds called the day we cancelled and took our rental. Scot told me he would refund the deposite after several excusses je will no.longer answer my calls or text. i called him from a differantnumber and he disnt answer but text me before the call was even over asking how he could help. when i acted like i wanted ro rent he was so quick to respond and very nice. I am turning it over to my attorney and we will see how that goes. read the reviews he has done this to several people. DO NOT RENT FROM SCOT AT RED ROCK RV RETALS
First he has the best rates with the best amenities for renting a 32 ft RV for our 2+ week road trip.
Unfortunately we ended up not being able to do this trip and I was refunded my full deposit shortly.
WARNING, WARNING, WARNING!!! Great information if you are looking to rent a camper. DO NOT rent from Red Rock RV, Scott Berning. You will never talk to them, they will only contact you through email or text. This was Very helpful throughout our lawsuit. A year ago we rented a 1 year old camper, with 3 slides, outdoor kitchen, all the bells and whistles. Thought it was going to be a great trip from PA to IA to enjoy our vacation at Knoxville Speedway for the Lucas Oil Late Model 3 day event. Greatest Dirt track in the country. We traveled 1000 miles to Knoxville to pick up our camper in Pella. Scott text "I won't be able to meet you my kid needed picked up at school" sent a picture with the address to pick up the camper. We text him back and told him this wasn't the camper we signed a contract for. He text back and said "0h I thought I emailed you about the other camper being wrecked. We had no choice at this point to take the piece of junk camper. It had a strong smell of bleach (enough to choke somebody), Ants (had to buy ant traps and spray), shower head broke (had to tape it just to be able to use it), broken awning, blinds torn up, dog hair everywhere. We spent 6 hours cleaning up this nightmare at the campground just to make it liveable for the 3 days. Thanks to all the other campers aka race fans that pitched in and helped us out. I text Scott and told him everything we had to do and told him I wanted my money back for the work I had to do. He agreed he would give us our security deposit back and add $100. Sunday morning we went to Pella to drop the camper off and meet with Scott. He text "I'm not feeling well I won't be able to make it". We left the piece of junk camper and traveled back to PA. We waited 90 days for our deposit. Never happened!! Filed a small claims suit, won the case, and we are still waiting for the money. Please do your own research on Scott Berning, I wish I knew what I know today about this man. He has quite the record. After reading several reviews we know now we aren't the only victims. We will be back this year at RV's campground. Look for the sprint car on the pole. Happy Camping!!!! Chad and Leslie

I would definitely rent from RedRock RV again in the future when I have more time to travel. Scott was always responsive, courteous, and professional. And most of all, he was flexible with me and allowed me to cancel without charging. I really appreciate his superior customer service even though I did not end up renting with him this time.
He held my reservation for me till I got the bonus I needed to secure my deposit.
Scott and Jen Berning are awesome! They offer some of the best rental experiences not only for camping but for travel as well. I would recommend them to everyone! Great experience and very easy to deal with!
