I lived at Shady Creek almost 15 years ago when the present manager took over. This place was wonderful. Very professional. Security doors. Very friendly environment for myself and my daughters.Never had any problems. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom home in pella.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. The landlord is rude, disrespectful, and enters premises without consent or 24 notice.
When I moved in the apartment had been freshly painted and the carpet cleaned. It was very clean and ready to move in. This is a great place to live, especially if you are older.
I moved here recently after being on the waiting list for a while and am very glad that I waited. The management is professional, helpful, and care about the complex. A simple maintenance issue was taken care of the same day. That may not always happen, but I am sure it would be taken care of as fast as possible. It has been a long time since I have felt at home in an apt. and I did right away here. Having access to the outdoors was sorely missed and now I have a patio with a view of Shady Creek with deer, birds, and other animals to watch.
